Dramatic Christmas episodes from Lights Out, The Mysterious Traveler, The Shadow, Sherlock Holmes, Dragnet, This Is Your FBI, Night Beat, The Whistler….

Additional highlights include Lionel Barrymore in “A Christmas Carol”; The Yours Truly Johnny Dollar holiday storyline – The Nick Shurn Matter; Paul Frees in the murderous tale, “Back For Christmas”; radio versions of both “It’s A Wonderful Life” and “Miracle On 34th Street”…..

We also have a belated tribute to Bob Hastings (Born April 18, 1925 – Died June 30, 2014) We have the tremendous radio and television actor in his first great radio role Archie in The Adventures Of Archie Andrews, of course, a Christmas themed episode. Hasting is also heard on RadioClassics in many dramatic series including Dimension X, X-Minus One and The Chase. On television he was Lt. Elroy Carpenter on McHale’s Navy, Tommy Kelsey on All In The Family, Police Captain Burt Ramsey on General Hospital and the voice of Commissioner Gordon on Batman: The Animated Series.
