Hey folks, a friend and channel fan, filmmaker Michael James Kacey is helping a worthy project on Kickstarter looking for support for the 24th Old Time Radio Convention for The Society To Preserve and Encourage Radio Drama Variety and Comedy (SPERDVAC). The event is scheduled for Friday, November 15th through Sunday, November 17th, 2013 at the Beverly Garland Hotel in North Hollywood, California. The invited celebrity guest list is very impressive and extensive. I recommend you give the website a visit, help out if you can, and maybe attend if possible. Gonna be a blast. Thank you for running the CBS Radio Workshop program “I Was The Duke”. It was a captivating piece that could only be played on satellite radio. What a great piece.
