Okay busy week coming up with a special Poe Man’s Radio which includes my visit with John Cusack (he plays Edgar Allan Poe in the new motion picture, The Raven coming to theaters on Friday April 27th).

We also have new to the channel episodes from Suspense, The Whistler, Bright Star, The Saint, Nick Carter, Gunsmoke, Wild Bill Hickok, Let George Do It, Dark Fantasy, Mr. District Attorney, Mr. & Mrs. North, Fort Laramie and more.

We have birthday week tributes for Shirley Temple (84th!); Charlotte Lawrence (Suspense); Lionel Barrymore and Vic Perrin (once again featuring my visit with his son Vic “George” Perrin Junior)

Also as I shared with on the Facebook page a little while back, we are looking into creating a Greg Bell/Old-Time Radio cruise most likely in the summer of 2013, if you have any interest in joining us feel to email me and let me know. I will keep all of you updated as we move forward.

  1. Because I am behind…..

I lstened to Candy Madsen on the way to work this morning. I can hear Pat Novack for Hire all over it….

Is there a relationship in the writing staff?

  2. Excited about your interview with John Cusack who I think is a fine actor and never really got his due. I always thought Johnny Depp would have gotten that roll. Lets all hope it’s better then The Green Hornet movie. I can’t belive the picture of Lionel Barrymore. Was he ever that young, LOL.

  3. Everything is normal. Life is good. We have blog. We have next week’s schedule, and Greg’s visit with John Cusack. The above picture of him is remarkable. He will make a good Poe. I am looking forward to seeing the movie.
